CapWIN User Inauguration After Action Review (AAR) Meeting

In an effort to help evaluate CapWIN’s strengths and weaknesses during the Inauguration, the CapWIN Staff will be hosting a CapWIN User Inauguration After Action Review (AAR) Meeting.

This meeting is intended for key personnel at your agency (perhaps x2) who were involved with the planning of communications during the week long inaugural events, as well as individuals you had assigned to use CapWIN in your command posts and communications centers. CapWIN Agency Administrators are also welcome.

Meeting: CapWIN User Inauguration After Action Review (AAR) Meeting

Time: 1000-1200hrs

Location: CapWIN Office:  6305 Ivy Lane, Suite 300, Greenbelt MD 20770

It is imperative that we get an accurate head count of those who plan to attendend.  Please RSVP to John Binks the names & emails of anyone who wishes to attend no later than close of business on January 27, 2009. 

Also, if your agency is hosting an AAR, please let John Binks know, as he would like to observe your meeting.
