Live Tropical Storm Hanna Incident in CapWIN

The Maryland Transportation Authority Police have created an Incident in CapWIN reference Tropical Storm Hanna. The purpose of this Incident is to share (real time) information, weather, traffic, etc. with CapWIN Users throughout the region. CapWIN Users are encouraged to review and update information as needed.
