New Year's Celebrations

CapWIN has created x3 separate Incidents in CapWIN for New Year’s Eve Celebrations. One in each State under “State Wide”.

These Incidents were created to allow agencies in each State to share information concerning general New Years Eve Celebrations. Please advise your Users and encourage them to post information concerning celebrations in your area, including traffic issues, large gatherings, and other security information.
